Bruno Lepore MA LPC provides on-site Crisis and Trauma Response services. The best climate for recovery comes from the perception of social support and responsiveness on the part of the workplace and employer. Bruno Lepore’s strong and empathic response is designed to provide support for employees at all levels.

For more than 8 years, Bruno Lepore has intervened with employees who have been exposed to multiple types of trauma (robbery, on site accident and suicides, among others). The intent of this intervention is to assist the employee to feel supported by the employer and to help him or her pull on his or her internal resources in order to cope with the wholly unexpected event that has occurred in their workplace. The intent is to enhance and support the resilience of the organization and its employees.

The intervention should occur within the first days and weeks after an incident. Management will be educated about the signs for further intervention, and have ongoing contact with Bruno Lepore as necessary.
